Your Role

• Execution of penetration tests on applications and infrastructures, as well as the simulation of attacks along dedicated scenarios or as a completed Red Team Exercise.
• Improving the security posture of our clients by providing clear recommendations on how to deal with identified vulnerabilities.
• Participation in publications and expert talks on relevant topics of offensive cyber security
• Taking on responsibility for your own projects from day one, with the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and apply them in real-world scenarios
• Supported by a strong network and an interdisciplinary team of experienced IT security experts, you will also have a personal mentor during the probationary period
• You devote one day a week  to personal and professional development, the development or further development of security solutions and work on publications.

Your Profile

• You have at least four years of professional experience in the field of penetration testing of Applications (Mobile, Web, Desktop) and Infrastructures (intern and extern), are familiar with Scenario-based Assessments (e.g. assumed compromise
• Experience in all stages of Red Team Exercises is a plus
• You have a high standard of quality that extends across the entire process, from the initial contact to the operational execution of the assessments, the professional communication with the client, right through to the creation of reports.
• You have experience in the pre-sales/scoping process and professionally communicate suitable and relevant assessment methods in line with the client's needs.
• A good understanding of how operating systems and cloud solutions work, experience in payload creation (e.g. C++/C#, Win32 API, AV/EDR evasion) and proficiency in at least one programming language are a plus.
• You have a strong intrinsic motivation and determination for personal development
• You are a team player and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel and an open-minded attitude towards other cultures
• Certificates such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO are a plus.
